Terabitz has recently launched an iPhone application - Agent XSites, which allows iPhone users to check property listings, local neighborhood information, recent sales and much more on their iPhones. Currently, this facility is available to Northern California customers but the company has plans to include new areas in near future.
Users even have the flexibility to customize their search as they can search homes by zip, city, MLS number, price, number of bedrooms and type of home. Once the user has selected a home, he can view the complete listing datasheet, photos, history and he can even contact the agent. The application also uses the accurate digital map data which allows users to query the desired places to see where they are located in relation to the chosen property listing.
The application looks promising as it offers fantastic user experience to online home buyers as they can get every possible detail about a particular listing while they are on the move.
