Exhibitions are an important tool for displaying your product or services in a positive light, and exposing your company to potential new clients and customers. Without the proper exhibition equipment and a successful set up you will not stand out from the crowd, and no matter how good your product is people will just pass you by.
Firstly you need to select the right location for your exhibit. Relevant trade shows are a good starting place, for example if your product is linked to construction and DIY, then setting up stands at home improvement shows will potentially be much more profitable than setting up a display somewhere like an arts and crafts fair.
Secondly you will need the right equipment to showcase your product or services in the best way possible, and there is a wide variety of trade and display equipment available to suit any budget. Banner and backlit display stands are a good choice for retail display systems, as they provide a low cost, high visibility advert for your product or latest offers, and can be installed permanently in key positions on showroom floors. Banners and pop up stands also make good, low cost display signs for exhibitions, and are easily transported.
If you want to make a high impact at a trade show and stand out from the rest of the exhibits then it is worth spending a bit more money and hiring a professional exhibit set up, such as a shell scheme display. These are pre-erected rows of stands that you can decorate accordingly, and come with stand walls to enclose your displays and create a more personal environment, and also lighting, carpet and a power socket for you to run digital displays and video advertisements from.
If you are on a low budget, or don’t have the time or man power to design and decorate large displays, then trade show table top exhibits are a good option, because they can be set up in just a few minutes and are easy for one person to transport around. These normally take the form of simple MDF display boards pre-printed with company logos and product information, which flat pack for easy transportation, and also leaflet/brochure holders to display further company literature. Tabletop exhibits are simple and easy to manage, and make an excellent low cost option for both trade shows and also in house presentations to potential clients. ![]()
