How to Make a blog?

This was the same question I asked to various blog owners – “How to make or start a Blog?”. Now after creating this blog, let me show you a simple tutorial on “how to start a new blog” ?

There are various ways to build a new blog. You can choose free blog hosting services or get a paid one.

- Blogger.com and wordpress.com offer free blog hosting services. They will also provide you free sub-domain name like yourname.wordpress.com or yourname.blogspot.com . Just register with these sites and you get a new blog/site within seconds. Then start writing from an easy to use admin panel writing box.

- If you want more professional blog, then buy a new domain name and get a paid hosting service. A domain name will cost you around $10/year and a new blog hosting around $20/year. So for $30/year you can have a blog.

- Buy a hosting with fantastico feature. This will help you in setting up wordpress blog with few clicks. Just go to your fantastico panel, select wordpress from sidebar, click “new install” , select the domain name, enter admin password and name and your are done. You will get a blog similar to mine.

- Then install some new themes and plugins in wp-content folder using your cpanel filemanager or ftp software.
