Ways to make money online

I have seen many great bloggers like Johnchow, problogger, Shoemoney make lots and lots of money from internet by just sitting in front of their blog and writing few articles. lol.  I searched a lot on internet and found following ways which are commonly used by bloggers to make money :

Paid banner advertisiment

Paid Text link ads sale

Sponsored blogpost reviews

Adsense or other such PPC ads

Ads in their RSS feeds

CPM ads which pays per impression

Affiliate campaigns like clickbooth etc.

I have only tried few of them. Hope I will implement all of them soon. Wish me best of luck.
